DFW Small Rural Homes

Is your land build-ready? Find out before the surprises.

On rural land there's usually no city building permit — but the land still has to pass on soil/septic, water, floodplain, and access. We check all of it and coordinate a permanent, code-built modular home: simple one-story plans, 800–1,200 sq ft, on land you own.

The honest part:

the factory price is roughly a third of the real cost — septic, water, foundation, utilities, driveway, and crane set are the rest. A cheap module on raw acreage becomes an expensive project. We give you the whole number before you commit to anything.

Counties we serve

Wise County · unincorporated Denton County · Parker County. Each has a different permitting posture (septic permits always apply) — our rural Roadmap covers your county's exact process.
