Privacy Policy

What we collect: when you download a guide we collect your email; when you request a Roadmap we collect your name, contact details, and property address. That's it — no tracking pixels beyond privacy-respecting page analytics.

How we use it: to deliver what you asked for, to prepare your report (property addresses are used to look up public records: appraisal district, city zoning, FEMA floodplain), and to send you relevant updates you can opt out of with one click.

What we never do: sell or rent your information, or share your address with anyone except the licensed professionals you explicitly engage through us.

Storage & deletion: data is stored with our hosting provider (Vercel) in the United States. Email us at [email protected] to see or delete your data at any time.

Sign-in: if you create an account via Google sign-in, we receive only your name and email — never your password.
